yea the shine has been getting snow all summer, and there have been a few blizzards at fortress already

yeah, there's a drought, but i hope it doesn't apply to the snow too. i was there this summer and all the snow thats usually on top of the mountains is gone. the only snow we saw was like 100 square feet on top of a mountain we hiked, and it was melting fast.

yes, but it is winter now, the rainy season, or whatever, and it's supposed to rain now, whereas in the summer, thats the dry season, so drought wasn't all that drastic.

We'll get about an inch in late november. The ski places will be pumping out the fake stuff and we'll open about a week before christmas.
