the forecast blows. all warm and rainy, so no real substantial snow any time soon.
but the mountains were pretty today. the air was crisp, and the leaves were still turning (which i didnt expect) so the drive on hwy2 was actually quite nice

Does anyone know what is supposed to happen this weekend? I heard its going to rain on the westside and be sleety/icy/snowy east of the mountains. Hopefully stevens/baker/snoqalmie will get a nice dump.

the forecast looks shitty with 7000 ft snow levels, but who knows it could be wrong. I'll tell you what's supposed to happen this weekend on monday!

yea freezing rain tomorrow, then liquid doom. but if cools off in the next week or two, then thats good. If not, the season will be cancelled

what? it happened two years ago, and we were saying shit like "omg omg its snowing so much... omg omg the season is going to be sick" etc etc
look what happened. so maybe it is better to do it that way? you dont want to think youre fooling the snowgods or the evil yellow fruit in the underworld because that will summon a wrath, but its nice to just keep it real.

lets steel colorado's snow, get a much of moving trucks and going and shovaling all the snow off of loveland so ther is none left and bringing out here.
