Snow tires

I need to get new tires because my blizzak ws-60s are done. They were awesome however i don't want to spend 600 dollars on tires. For those that put snow tires on what do you use and how do u like them. I have a rwd car.Iv looked at reviews on the internet dont have any useful information becuase every snow tire review says that they were they greatest snow tires ever.. Any info would be great. Thanks

ive got some coopers, installed for 400, really goo tires, theyre on ym FWD car, but should work for yours too...

I got a rwd truck. I found some snow tires on the side of the road and just threw them on a set of spare rims.

I just bought a set of Nokian RSI's. I haven't used them yet but they were highly recommended by a fellow outback owner.

it sounds like a stupid idea but. if you badly need snowtires and you haven't got much money, try auto wrecking yards, you can actually find used tires in good condition for next to nothing... seriously.

until you realize that the reason the car was wrecked was because of shoddy tires right?

If you have any common sense at all you can easily spot bad tires. Make sure you get a matching set of 4 if you can. Especially for awd cars. Otherwise you'll ruin your transmission.

I got mine used along with steal rims, a bumper and a few other things in a deal so I don't really know how much I paid for them. Alot less than msrp though.
