Snow Summit and Big Bear

Which one should I go to. I will be out that way for spring break next week (surfing and skiing in the same week...oh yeah...I love life when school not in session). I know Summit has the best parks and they just hosted parkasarus III. Will they have that park open to the public next week? Is big bear a better all around mnt because of its size? Can someone give me the low down? Thanks!
