Upstate and Western new York lack the elevation for cold temps. It'd be pointless to blow snow earlier.

Holiday Valley will start blowing around November 15th give or take, and if goes well, will be open with solid coverage and base on 2 full runs by Thanksgiving weekend.

We have 700 feet of vertical to work with, and little elevation. Maybe around 2000 feet max elevation?
