Snow making about to start at the pine

I was up there to see what's going on with my junior instructor job on Tuesday December 4th and they had the guns on even at like 3:00pm. The lady said they might open as early as December 14th.
 
^i hope so too, all ive seen is rain so far. so hopefully its not to bad. brody are you home already?
 
The forecast says cold and snow this weekend. The earliest we can hope Alpine will open is next weekend. I doubt that sort of.
 
is this brody cause word on the street is that u have a book full of urbamn rails in ohio

but i'm pumped to come home, especially since nothing was open last xmas break and i didn't get to ride but 1 day, and that was up at holiday.

anyone know of any comps or anything fun going on over break? i'll be home the 17th until the 2nd.

i could seriously not be more excited to come ride alpine though.

word on the street is that springs got their park up and running already, so ill be making a few trips up there if you want to join. ive got some friends we can stay with up there too that welcome me and my friends with open arms haha.

Alpine sucked. It's Alpine though. The didn't even really groom the backside of the tow rope. We built a 17'-20' table on a snowmaking mound. You had to bomb it from the top of the quad or double. Nate, were you there? Will up a rail soon? There was like no snow.

they did groom there just wasnt much snow, but better than being closed eh?

Alright, thanks man. What lift were you working (because Alpine has so many lifts). We built a legit booter that is like a table top on a snowmaking pile over by the double. I didn't hit it yet but it's around 20'.
 
i was doing work on the double then on a snowmo so i didnt even touch a lift

i saw the jump it was alright brad did a bio 5 off it i noticed so it was okay i supose
 
just to let all u guys kno (even tho barely any1 rides at the pine)

i put in 2 rails and a box yesterday

20 ft flat bar set up urban ( pretty steep to)

8 foot flat with a ride on (for the n00blets)

and our dfd box with about (2ft gap from jump to rail)

once this warm front passes stuff will start to come together fast but untill then atleast its sumthin

just thought id let u know if an1 live near if any1 wants to hit sumthin new sumtime . and if i know u hit me up ill grab u pass
 
Yeah we slaved away putting this shit in last night (even though the setup changed today). At least we have some shit to hit now.

Alright, I have exams this week so I probably could only go Thursday night at the earliest. They should have a shit load of snow. I'd be down to set the box and rails up again.

Alpine Valley Re-Opens this Thursday, January 17th at 1:00pm. Hopefully they made a lot of snow this weekend when the arctic air moves in.
