snowbird stayed open untill July 4th last season.

^^^that was a fun day. tons of people and long line - but it was like a huge party. my friends skied all day and went wake boarding that evening - can't beat that.

Haha yeah right. You think 14-16 feet of snow can melt in a month and half especially when they are currently having unseasonably cold temps. I highly doubt that. I't's not like we are talking about the East here. Mammoth' base is o at over 8,000 feet and the top is over 11,000. It's not like it just warms up to 80 degrees overnight at that elevation. I'd bet you anything that Mammoth will be open til the 4th of July just like last year.
