well bushfire season was well and truly under way this week in the blue mountaisn of australia, except a strange phenomenon was witnessed when snow and sleet actually fell on pre existing burning bushfires thanks to a sudden change in whether over a couple of days.

and apparently it was snowing in melbourne today...midway through november!!!!
 
Its funny how some people dont realise the seasons are reversed. And by funny, I mean theyre stupid.
 
it snowed here last night. and its been snowing a little bit at night each week. but this is a pretty weak snow season so far. i was really excited and hopign t would be a good one when we got a couple inches randomly june 1.

stupid weather on the news they said something like worst drought in a century (maybe a decade?), coldest day in november for a fair while and some tiny mountain an hour out of melbourne got more snow today than what its had the past couple of seasons
