Snow facial

Alright so I was trying my mute zero spin this weekend, and I'm completely comfortable with landing switch, leaving the jump switch, and with grabs too. I tried it, broke the fall with my face, rolled over and got snow all up my jacket. Not the way to start the day. What could i have possibly done wrong? Not brought up my legs enough to balance? O and I'm new here and I look forward to all the knowledge im about to sponge.

it sounds like you didn't pop enough which made you uneven in the air. just try and exaggerate the pop more.

zero spins are kinda tricky, fairly scary trick for how simple it is. But yeah i mean i wouldn't do mute in a zero. maybe you were tweaking the grab to hard and ended up getting to far forward from reaching down to grab. If you put your head down your body would probably follow it. Hard to say what you did without seeing it. But hey go try it with a safety or something see how it works out.

Yeah. I figured but I just wasn't completely sure. Too bad the season's over here for me or I would be trying it with a safety instead ferr suure.

gah i hate zeros, everytime i try them i over or under clear by like 5 feet. when i underclear i fly and hit my back on the landing, wind=knocked out. overclearing i late 180 out being the pussy i am, but i ski away from that...
