theres a pic of a mountain near my house.

well not me, I live in a valley, but the mountains around my house are supposed to get quite a bit of snow though.

The Mountains of North Carolina are getting snow this morning (anywhere from a dusting to 4") and many resorts are making snow.

mostly higher elevations in new york. most snow is gonna fall in the adirondacks. some in vt too, but more in ny

yeah im getting texts from all my friends back home saying that were geting snow and shit. im so jealous, were not seeing a flak out here in state college :-(. apparently my town has 4 inches and its still coming down so far, thats fucking insane. im from mountaintop, near wilkes-barre and i went to crestwood in high school if you know where that is.

just a heads up to every one loving the snow. watch what mountains you hike. some dont care, but just to name one, killington has been known to have state troopers chill at the base waiting for people to hike it. scope out the area first, no one needs a trespassing violation because you climbed a mountain and came back down.

dude they are american. hail they fucking close down the roads and require chains for fuck sakes.

but up here in ontario the storm should be arriving tonight/early tomorow so I got some skiing to be done tomorow,

wtf is four inches? the last time we had a snow day was back in '96 and that was because of about five feet. four inches is nothing. goddamn your teachers must be lazy fucks.

false? word i guess backcountry skiers that hike all preseason long and own one of the only good ski stores in albany who are incredible skiers must be wrong. get ur facts straight before u just say wrong. killington is known by many to do this. u even said urself that they dont like people hiking and know someone that got introuble. it doesnt matter if you behave yourself, killington strictly enforces their rules and many have gotten trespassing violations before.

you work at killington...no shit they aren't gonna care if you go...all im saying is ive heard of many people going up there before, some well respected skiers, that have been told they can't and have seen troopers there more than just once

its been raining all day at my house a little outside of albany but it just started to snow, lets hope this continues through the night

sweetest day ever today woke up at 7.got ski gear one hit urban till 12 and sat in micky ds until 3 eating.and now im going to jib in my yard.

Its wayy to wet to ski in now. maybe tonight when it gets a lil colder you can work with it but for now its mostly slush.
btw this is gary

the thing is, when I click the quoted photos so they create a pop-up window with a larger version, the pic in the pop-up window is the same as the original.

fuck this, it rained all day here but my house is under the 4-8in category for this storm so hopefully it turns

I live in northeast PA too. i woke up and there was like 5 inches here and its been snowing pretty hard ever since! me and some friends set up a rail and table jib to mess around on. this is so awesome having snow in october!!
