Snoqualmie 10-11

People have been calling snoqualmie snocompton since the mid 90s. My uncle has old school skis that have been marked with that since like 96. Get over yourself, people added compton to the end of everything back then, it is nothing new our original.

I think buster and I are heading up tomorrow for a few runs. Also ed, hopefully in a new truck!! Anyway I'll probably be on bents, and you guys will notice buster in his jacket lol

Im more excited to ski hood wed and thur! Alpy has been legit and so has the park! Cant forget about hyak tho. Snoqualmie for the win this year
 
Really liked the flow of your edit. What shooting equipment/ editing software are you using? I'm assuming you're the one that's been skiing with the stabilizer and tripod recently..?

so i have stupid work until 2:35 and then i can come and partake. I can sign up in the morning, but i cant do anything the afternoon. Does anyone know if they will be chill with that?

i'm really sad that this is the same day as the stevens big air fiesta... alot of good people arn't going to be at snoqualmie for pretzels because they're invited to big air fiesta. just my observations
 
I agree. Considering how few competitions/events there are these days in Washington, this was a pretty big goof up. It is a shame because Pretzels is a fun event, but I bet it still has a good turnout.
 
Seconded, thirded, fourthed, or whatever we're at now.... WA has the least amount of comps per resort that I've seen in any state...kinda annoying.
 
Back in 2003-2006 there were 3-5 comps a year at both stevens and snoqualmie, shit even baker would have a rail jam each year and sometimes a slope comp. Then you had Vegetate at hood. Maybe even Mission would have something going on. Where the fuck was everyone. There would be maybe 5 skiers at an event.
 
Most of the kids who populate the comps now were busy being 9 years old back then. It is true the turn outs used to suck a lot back then, but now the younger generation has blown up skiing in WA and a ton of people show up to the comps. They're slowly realizing it and I bet they will add more again over the years.
 
spring is here (sort of) and lifts aren't gonna be spinning much longer. its been a while since snoqualmie has had a really good GAPER DAY!

April 1st is the typical day but thats a week day. any sunny spring weekend will work and there aren't going to be many of them so lets get this orginized so its legit!
 
some like 16yr old w/ stevens stickers all over his helmet was being a dick do some older dudes who "snaked" him. Little kid tried to push other dude down, older guy got on top of him pulled a knife, told him to fuck off. Kid and his friends all left ASAP. footy soon
 
Gaper day is tomorrow, saturday, april 2nd. at least thats when me and my friends are doing it. im wearing a white onesie.
