Snoqualmie 09-10

Heads up if you didnt see it on FB, but the park is CLOSED today. Depending on weather it should open tomorrow. Shitty I know...

ill be up there on saturday, likely one of my last of the season now that spring sports have started at my school. ill be in the blue/pink armada jacket with blue airblaster pants, hit me up if you wanna ski couple runs.

I hear there is a 65' step up from a reliable source. I'm going to check it out tomorrow and bring my camera. (hope for no rain :/)

Yes it is pretty big. I'd say you can carry 65' for sure on it. Don't land on your back off of it, that kind of hurts.

dude...i thought i had an original avatar but you've been on here 8 more years than me -_- fuck i fail

If you're having trouble keeping your camera steady, you can try attaching a rubber mallet hanging upsidedown to the bottom of the camera. It will add weight and help keep it steady.

ok thanks for the advise guys. i dont really understand the whole rubber malet thing though, did you mean as like a handle? keep um comin

No not a handle. Just adds weight and lowers the center of gravity. It just makes it more stable when you have a smaller camera.

Was that friday? My friend said he saw someone throw a pair of barrel rolls. Can't wait to see the vid.
To they guy with my icon. You might have had it before me, I just switched it when spring training started.

im living proof that you should definitly not straight line it from the top. I over shot it by 40ft and ended up in the hospital. my season is fucked and I can't get out of bed.........ffffmmmmlll

It got a little slower by the afternoon on saturday. We were starting where the little cat track cuts in below the bottom of the c-box. The last time I hit it I started up above the cat track, where you get to by going around the c-box. I pretty much straight-lined it with one mellow carve. I took it about halfway down the landing.

following somebody in or just watching a lot of people hit it is a good idea, because the speed changes alot and some people/skis carry more speed than others. in two runs i took it deep and clipped the knuckle starting from the same spot
