SNL is fucking gay, all they do is make fun of the president. mad tv is where it's at. Good tv show, even better magazine.

BAH! Mad does nothing but make idiot poop-jokes and other sad excuses for comedy. They are trying to emulate SNL unsuccessfully.

MadTV has funny skits and lame skits. The lame skits always seem to be with the recurring characters. Those recurring characters are really annoying in my opinion. I'll watch the funny skits but switch to something else when a bad skit comes on.

SNL is similar, but it used to be quite good all the time when Chris Farley and Phil Hartman were on.

So in conclusion, I like both but they are not my primary shows to get comedy from.

 
I watch SNL cause they have a new host each week and it makes things interesting

SNL is way better than madtv, but madtv is allright for the half hour before snl comes on. letterman kicks leno's ass, and they both kick carson daily's pansy ass. the daily show rocks.....andddd thats my opinion. anyone who doesent agree with me is wrong. lol

i used to be huge into MADtv, will sasso is freakin hilarious. snl got good tho,e sp with will farrel, but now that hes gone they ar egoing down the tubes again.

Daily Show every other day of the week, well Monday - Thursday at least.

SNL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! by far. MAD tv doesn't even begin to start to compare w/ snl. Snl has been around so much longer and is so much better

 
i used to love snl when adam sandler and all of them were on it. i still like it, but its just not as good as it used to be.

I used to like madtv a lot more than snl, but madtv definitely got old w/ the characters. MadTV can be a lot more edgier, but for consistency I go w/ snl. But nothing can even compete w/ conan, that man is fricken hilarious, and he's a harvard graduate and wrote for the simpsons, plus he has total disregard for integrity, hilarious.

i used to watch it every night, but then i started doing thinks on saturdays, last time i saw it was with jonny mosely, it was allright, but its getting gayer every year, and mad is either shit your pants funny, or shit on the tv gay.

when im not doing something..its def. SNL...you can get lucky and have a good host or music act..and besides it is more consistent and if you keep up with current events its even better

Jay Leno is much better than Letterman..where else do u get Jaywalkers and the Headlines on Tuesdays..thats my opinion

i cant remember which ones they were, there were a lot of them, i just remember after finishing laughing, his name in the credits.
