Serious question, how long do y'all usually carry on a snap conversation? Do you even, or do you just send one every once in a while when you see some funny shit?

Not even trying to sound like an old man here, but I don't really get the appeal. I get frustrated cause I inevitably run out of space for whatever I'm trying to say and I'll usually just text the person if it's really that important. But like, do you just send captioned selfies? How are you able to effectively communicate enough information in the like 35 characters + photo to have a real convo? Am I overthinking this?

i usually just send snaps of weird/funny stuff i come about over the course of my day. if someone snaps me something i feel compelled to respond to, i will snap them back. depending on how well i know them it could go back and forth for a while, though. for example, someone i don't really talk to might snap me and if it catches my attention i'll snap them back and it usually doesn't go much further than that. on the other hand, for example, broto and i had a pretty intense snap war a few minutes ago that went back and forth at least ten times. that was business though, we were sending embarrassing pictures we were finding on one anothers facebooks. i use the story feature most often. i like it because it's universal as opposed to sending specific snaps to certain people. for example, today my story's theme was byu. here it is:

anyway, that's pretty much what i use it for. i don't use it if i'm trying to have a conversation with anyone. i hope this was somewhat helpful.

Usually I just post pictures of my dog on my story. Or my friends and being drunk and stupid.
