yo...im goin to smuggs v.t. this weekend for my school's ski trip, anyone know what the conditions are gunna be like up there and also hows the coverage in the trees??? Been going up there for the last few years for the trip and theres always been enough snow to poach a few good runs...

i broke my binding in the glades last weekend but its defiantly skiable. there a couple risky bare spots but the snow its pretty good for this time of the year. I was on a school ski trip this weekend at smuggs last year and the snow might not be as good as that but its defiantly fun.
 
alot of snow melted but, we got prob. like 6-8 today so it should be decent, supposed to get some fri too i guess. i got the weekend off from being a liftie on mogal, gonna rent some skiis and hit the park, haha. my skiis are sorta missing boots and bindings, maybe ill see ya
 
they got the birch run park open, two hits a step up, 2 rails, 2 boxes, slat box thing, and covert pipe, nothin to big yet though
 
you better not cover smuggs with all your gaper friends. check my videos section theres some vids in theere of the park from the last 2 weekends.

ohh have no fear...all of the gapers from my school will have their rental skis popping off in your jumping-park and they will be sitting in the landings of your kickers and hitting the ride on's to the boxes.

Can I get a serious outlook on how smuggs is. Im planning on coming up to VT on the second. Either Smuggs or Sugarbush. The bush looks kinda more solid with castlerock open plus the snow thats coming. While Madonna is open, but not a lot of shit is open yet.
 
this saturday they are having their first altitude adjustment events...i was just up there shredding some real fun east coast pow. everyone in the area should come up fe sho! come this weekend ill be there with my camera shooting for a promo video for smuggs, come on up and get famous! as i was leaving the cats were just starting to push the piles of snow around in various shapes, one of them looked like they had a big ol pole at an upward angle...sickter launch kinda slide thing hopefully...
bottom line, see you up there on sat or yous a fool! ive seen them check tickets on the t bar once out of 4 years riding there, granted i havent been there in about 3 but still...go up, itll be sick!
 
so, i was at smuggs soo much this weekend that my legs wont move now.

sat. i was on a board : ( but got first track on Docs : )

sun. i rented skiis. and it got really nice later in the day,

rails on rentals was fun. : }
