so i guess welch is having a mayfly like last year

but its april 28th

and its called smud fest or something like that...

snow and mud
 
they should have snow... look out had the most on it by far...

only a month...its supposed to cool down again later in the week too...(but there is a tornado watch currently so storms are on the way for tonight)

and alex i love how you copied my post hah prime time.
 
we already moved it a week earlier than last, they dont have other time to do it, and the other weekend is tyrol, so we dont want it to conflict with them, and last year was the shit dude, it just looked muddy but it really was fun
 
supersesh was up north, hence they had colder temps at night.... we cant really do anything else in keeping it longer, we dont have access to a old stadium tarp like tyrol.....
 
I guess a few days earlier is better than nothing, but what do they gain by being so damn late, all it does it make it less fun and less people want to go.
 
The only reason Spirit had more snow is because they piled up all of the snow from the whole park and put it into a line...and Steve it was at least 8 feet deep all the way down. It was deffinately fun though...smudfest sounds sick
 
there really is no other weekend we can do it, im trying to get it on the 21st or whatever, that weekend, but we will see
 
welch piled up all there snow last year in a line too, but it just didnt keep as long as duluth's, it maybe rained more down here or something?
 
So, assuming the snow holds, are you guys setting it up/what will be set up? Guessing you dont know yet but I guess worth a shot
 
yeah i just talked to perry and we will be setting it up the thursday before and letting it sit till whatever day it is, there should be enough snow, i was out there last night
