dude, not to be a dick, but you dont even know what youre talking about, sms is designed by charles bedard, a sick rider, second, if you would have been in vegas, you would have seen that every company has at least 2-3 jackets that look alike, and thats being conservative, who cares about the colors being used twice, do you have any idea how many outerwear companies exist? just at sia, there was about 50-60 outerwear booths, obviously colors are gonna be used twice or by accident, also, go ahead and compare the oakley pricing with sms pricing, and then we'll talk

sms looks like it is made alot better than the oakley stuff. and who cares if it is the same color? a color is not exclusive to a company.
 
Overlap?? Oh please. They switched the colors around on the jacket. Don't give me that "theres only so many colors" bullshit. There are so many different colors, so many combinations, etc etc; yet they used this years most popular jacket and color scheme and changed it a bit. And yes SMS might be a dope company, but this is an obvious and shameless copy.

i have an sms jacket and it is the shittiest made jacket ive ever owned. i love the idea of sms, and i love the jacket, but the quality is just not there.

the pit zips (both) borke in 10 days of riding. all the stitching for the velcro is coming off and the velcro sucks. all within less than 15 days for 260$. unless there quality has changed in the past year idk.
 
yeah, i was looking at SIA day 3 and i thought some of their stuff looked an awful lot like saga, but thats pretty understandable having a plain jacket with those colors, but this, i believe, falls under the category of shameless copying.
 
I don't really know that compny but the stuff they present at SIA was simply sick but is it true that it's expensive?

How much for a complete suit ?(approximatly) for exemple the suit alaskaski wear on the pic.
 
classic noob move. $$=money=dope shit. in other words, hes says sms is way way sick. it is so damn cheap yet so damn ill. a complete suit would run around $400-$450. but nobody knows about that suit yet, seeing as its next years shit. well just have to wait on the pricing.
 
yes it might be remarkably similar to oakley but hey if your gonna copy off some1 who better to choose. and its not like oakley has copyrights on the color. either way its a sick suit and if you dont like it dont buy it.
 
They have stepped up the quality a lot this year, the zippers are legit, most of the jackets now use magnets instead of velcro, the seam taping is super high quality, they have completely changed now that charles is designing the entire line of clothing
 
o thanks, i didnt know what the tread was about until you posted the comparison picture.

anyyyyways, i have a sms suit and i like it. so thats nice. and i like that color and it would appear that alot of other people do too so why would they not make a suit that color? and it looks darker than the oakley shit which is baller
 
These jackets are nothing alike, except for the colours, and I like the SMS combo more.
