Smoothing out my spins

As you get more comfortable doing spins you'll naturally get more compact and smooth, just do lots of spins.

listen to some smooth calmish music music like big papa by biggie, trust me it does wonders

yea last tine i smoked a blunt and went skiing i ended up with a bruise the size of kansas on my left ass/hip.. and it suckedddd.... point is, when i get stoned i space out too much, think i have enough speed when i really don't, try ridiculous shit that i really ought not to, you get the idea. i ski way better when i dont smoke, and im a real stoner to..
 
when hitting the jump, remember to keep pressure forward on your shins, and set the rotation from your hips. if your all screwy in the air, chances are your setting it from your shoulders. you really shouldnt have to wind up.
 
definately less sketchy doing it sober. smoking weed isnt the answer, just air time. practice makes perfect, repitition, repitition, repitition. start small then work your way up.
 
everyones differnt, that will work for some and for some it wont. thats whats dope everyones has there own style, and too smooth out spins u cant be afraid just relax and gett in session mode be comfortable with everything around u.
