switzerland, yes. but the thing is is everyone smokes spliffs with weed and tabak here, so vicariously, anyone who smokes pot, is also a cigarette smoker. i tried to quit, but my roomate would get really pissed when i tried to smoke our weed out of the bong and i wouldn't smoke joints with him.
