who smokes? how long? quitting? what kind? etc.

I saw a show about cigarettes that made me wanna quit. goin cold turkey. Its been 36 hours since my last smoke and I want one BAAAAAD.

the first 3 days are the hardest because your body is cleansed of nicotine after thre days after that it is all about the mental addiction. i have smoked for 5 years and i 'quit' now i only occasionally smoke when i am drinkinor everybody else is. i still enjoy to have one every once in a while

DISGUSTING! It smells bad, gives me a headache when people smoke around me, and is just plain stupid. I myself have never tried, and I have no intentions of starting now.

i took a smoke from my mom once and it was horrible. It was soo gross, i couldnt get the taste out of my mouth. I won't ever smoke again.

There's nothing better than a cigarette. It's a love/hate relationship. Nothing better then having a pack of smokes, a coffee, and a good song playin on the radio. Don't knock it until you try it.... Yea, this site has some good smoking debates, but i think that smoking is stupid. People say it relaxes you, but cigarettes are a stimulant. They cost money, you cant run, they make you colder in the winter, you get the point. For the guy who is quitting, good luck with it

I smoked from the time I was 13-20. Just quit this Jauary or feb or so....best damn thing I ever did. Ill confess though, i still love ciggs and sneak one every now and again when im drinking.

I was completely ripped, I had already smoked 3 bowls and someone one made me laughed but I didnt want to exhale yet and my body kinda made me swallow it. Hard to explain, but it wasn't intentional.
