Smokey Bones

So fucking good. I had a whole rack of St. Louis style ribs and smoked beef brisket with fire-roasted corn, slaw and cornbread yesterday. Best BBQ franchise EVER. Sonny's has nothing on Smokey Bones.

Ugh. Taco Hell. Chipotle or Q'doba FTW.

What's really weird though. Smokey Bones is only located on the East Coast, but the bar backsplash is a landscape photo of the Rockies and the architecture of the whole restaurant is the log home style of the West Coast.

I was majorly disappointed to find this out when I was liviing in Boulder :-(

It's definitely not less healthy. Sure a whole burrito is 1,000 calories, but I can actually see what the meat is in it. Besides...a burrito from there weighs like a pound, whereas a BigMac weighs less than half.

I'm going to put my money where my mouth is - Chipotle.
