This is dumb. You just waste a bunch of booze thus wasting money.

This. You guys are idiots if you think this is actually gettign him drunk. Have you ever twisted a water bottle, then shot the cap off? The same smoke comes out of the bottle. Its CO2. Not alcohol.
 
it's actually possible to smoke alcohol though. I guess you just get drunk for a shorter period of time
 
ya ive used dry ice before, you take dry ice and add it to a beer bottle uve filled like 1/4 full with booze. apply balloon to top of bottle the dry ice evaporates or (whatever you call its process) but it takes the alcohol with it, hit the balloon like u would nitrous. you can actually taste the liqueur in the air as u inhale. gets you drunk for like a 1m pretty fun but we figured some of the feeling was due to co2 intake thus a lack of oxygen so i mean its not the best for you.

/claim done it once with my buddies a few years ago it was fun doing it, plus dry ice is fun in general, it made for a good night.

but honestly i haven't done it since i prefer a normal night of drinking to it.
