Smelly gloves

I have Swany gloves that are mostly leather, but I'm wearing them all the time so they are starting to get stinky. Any soluton to this? I thought about washing them but I don't want the leather to get all stiff and crunchy.

Wear a freekin helmet.

all my gloves end up smelling sooooo bad. one trick is to keep them out of the ski bag after you get home so they can dry, and those dryer fabric softener sheets stuffed inside them work pretty good.

wash your hands before you go out, and if you go in for lunch/snack/whatever, it will help a little.....also if you have the gloves with removable liners and you wear them without the inside liners they suck ass and start to smell bad very fast (bonfire's at least)

Just put some baking soda in them and shake them up. That stuff eliminates all smells. They're just gone.

You could try hand washing them with something not too harsh. Also, if you ski in a warm climate, take ur gloves off on lifts and stuff so you don't sweat as much into them. If your hands get cold, stick them in your pockets.

 
My gloves smell so bad whenever I take a whif I make the same face when I'm strait up drinkin some whiskey. There potent. I would suggest febreeze, but if it really comes down to it try some deodorant/anti-persperant on your hands. It would probably work.

ya dude, ass hands comes from the lack of breathability in your gloves, i had it in my old drops, but then i got some GORTEX burton gloves and ass hand is a thing of the past

Washing them shouldn't be a problem. Use regular laundry detergent and hand wash them. When you dry them out just hang 'em. Don't put them in the dryer, or by the heater. That will fuck 'em up. When they're good and dry rub some waterproofing wax like snowseal or aquaseal on them to keep your leather looking good. They'll smell a little funny from the wax, but that wears off. Plus they'll stay drier especially on wet days.
