You can do it in iTunes if you have that installed

can you? i thought tha was only WAV files

Nope, you can import WMA files. Set your iTunes to import as MP3 then right click on the WMA and select 'convert to mp3'

I've changed it to import mp3 but i can't find "convert to mp3" when i right click the WMA
