i am looking for some help for a school project. i have a few questions for those in the industry(small business ideas).

-What is the name of your company?

-What product or service do you provide?

-What do you feel is your competitve advantage?

-What motivates you and how do you motivater your workers?

-Whats is your company's goal?

-What how profitable do you see you venture as being?

-How would you or how have Yyou convinced investors of you idea/plan?

-Artistic values, and using ideas i see every day, weather its on the snow, in school, on the road, its all inspiration.

-WHat motivates me is my love for skiing, and creating somthing that is soley behind what i love. Also what motivates me aswell as my coworkers is the tight-knit, freindly, community us freeskiers are.

-My goal is to continue pushing art and everyday things in to our product. I would like to establish a name that people know is quaility and is behind what they love.

-I see my venture as being increadbly profitable. If you have the abilities to create somthing that make's people go like, 'o wow, thats sick', then you will be fine. Also its all about a solid buisness plan, if you have that and you explore all possible paths that your company can take, you will be ahead of the game.

-What i did was put 2 months of hard work in with legal advisors as well as my mentor and came up with a market, overhead cost, cash flow, product, ect and presented it to an investor who thought it was an awsome idea. I also explained how a there was a nitch that needed to be filled in the industry. Thats all my stuff. Peace.

haha typical school project style, start it an hour before its due (but hey, i got through hs doing my work before class so, who am I to critisize)
