SLVSH

that jock attitude shit from ahall was pretty wack.

johan getting 3 new tricks in a row at the end of his game with hunter was fucking rad. thats the way to handle yourself. get stoked when you stomp something sick, and get even more stoked when your opponent does.

The only way Henrik is going to lose this cup is if he plays himself.

Big ups to Simone, hung in there like a champ.

love how henrik is always talks about style with his calls. cant see him losing this cup. Simone was great as well, had some really nice lines. i'll put my hands up and admit i hadn't really heard of him before the cup but i'll defo be keeping an eye out in the future

In my opinion ref should have given a letter to Harlaut on the 9 Blunt, just to make the game more tight even though he said he was going to be more defensive.

Dollo was so set on getting that 6 on 2 out

i can see how hes such a boss man on skis, he doesnt let tricks get away from him

i thought dollo missed the safety on the over shifty 9? really fun game to watch though

Yeah I thought so too, but mashing the play/pause button he definitely got the grab. 899014.png

@ 8:55, when Simone calls the tokyo drift to "switch" he most definitely does not say switch.

After watching it a few times idk how that could not be interpreted as saying forward, unless there's some lingo I'm not up to date on.

Calls were a little loose in favor of Henrik so this doesn't bother me much. But you're definitely right.

Another sick game. Simone is a sender and hung in really really well. Thought there was a chance he would start making greedy calls and put henrik in a pickle. Good ass game and fun to watch.

After rewatching it I think he says "to 4".

He originally says how it's a back 360 to tokyo drift backslide, so kinda makes sense why he would finish with "to 4" (continuing from 3). Definitely a little confusing, but also pretty wild that Henrik pulled it off.

Oh damn, you're right.

Johan landing all that new stuff was crazy. Definitely my favourite part about watching slvsh games.

Ah ok, that's it for sure.

He said "go to four", I also heard forward the first time, but he says to bring it around to blind 4.

Lets be real here, how are you gonna give Henrik a letter if he knows what trick he is going to do? Insane how good that dude is.

I'm no longer confused. What a roller coaster of emotions.

Also I thought Bellemare's reffing was really good.

Henrik's backslide on the rainbow box at 6:22 was barely a tap, shouldn't have counted in my opinion even if it was called a "small backslide" by Simone

besides the misunderstanding i was most surprised AB counted Henriks "50-50" on the flat down ledge in that rail line..

anyways Henrik is a beast

I was okay with that call, the "5050 one foot to slide front 2 out" on the flat down rail, henrik did like a backslide while Simone called a one foot 50, aka nugget, whatever you wanna call it, and he did that, not a backslide.

In the end, these are tiny things and I would say they didn't effect the result at all, maybe henrik deserved another letter or two but he would've won anyways.

yeah and it was the zeech of all zeechs lol

I'm going to be be honest, I was wanting Henrik to win since I want to see an epic all out battle between him and A Hall, but judging seemed a bit biased. I get that the ref was calling the game loose, which is fine, but if he was really going to give that 9 to Henrik(which probably wouldn't have passed in many other games) then he should have given Simon the revenge on the next 6 on 2 off which was also shuffled. Then there was the backslide that was just a tap too.

Also funny how nobody even mentioned that Henrik called difficult variation of a dub 10 on the second hit, but then lost their minds over Simon and Alex hall calling dubs in earlier games.

Let’s get one thing clear

nick goepper and gus kenworthy are jocks

alex hall is the future living in the present

A hall is a fucking animal.. best up an comer other then Quinn wolf 🐺 in the game

Not to knob off Henrik, but gotta just love the dude. Clearly Bellemare was a little biased as Henrik is probably one of his idols (he was just talking about how great Henrik was the whole game, even after that line where Henrik had his "backslide", Bellemare labeled it as perfect)

Regardless, you can see Henrik is super competitive not just with Simone but with himself--with the way he was critiquing himself not getting the 6 on front 2, and with the way he didn't think he got back 8 as well as he did before. But he's competitive in a really good way that gives for good vibes in a game, he was encouraging to Simone throughout, and at the end he even admitted Bellemare probably gave him some calls that he shouldn't have gotten (the switch dub 10, personally I would say someone has to specify crossed or uncrossed to make that call)

Either way, Dollo is a class act, it seems.

Technically speaking I thought it was a fair call because mute is a crossed grab and he clearly didn't cross. That said, I think it would have been within reason to give him the pass since he was on defense.

pretty sure Henrik told Simone it didn't matter what way he did the dub 10. Like Henrik said he wanted to do it the weird way just for fun, what a homie move.

No he's confident. He's like, "damn this dude sucks so bad he can't dub 10 so I do the most fun for me and watch him almost die after I stomp it." Henrik is a cold blooded mother fucker.

A-Hall is a monster. Wish that game was during the day though so they would have hit the jump more, definitely hoping for a Dollo/AHall final.

One of the most insane rail games ever? Just think what they would have done on the jump

Really hoping for a Dollo vs AHall final game that is like 45 minutes long

Damn, Alex Hall setting the hand claim bar real high. The aftermath of every trick is like watching a group of 12 year olds session a flat box.
