Slurpee Vs Icee

so if your in the northern hemisphere it is summer.. and as of right now there is a decent heat wave around us.. i recently got in good conversation about which was better. the venerable and well known Slurpee or the exclusive and hard to find Icee. yes with the Slurpee there are more flavors and you know where a 711 is and you know they have Slurpee. but my defense towards the Icee is that you never have to fight for that last 1/3 of the drink. if you had a Slurpee you know what i am talking about. now some consider that is part of having a Slurpee. most icee machines only have 2 - 4 flavors, where some Slurpee machines have 6-8!. i just thought for all the random shit that gets posted on NS this fits quite well.. and yes i searched

Slurpee. So much smoother than an Icee and they are the original. Plus, no one can beat the price of a Slurpee. I also think that Icees are easier to find than Slurpees because so many gas stations and BurgerKings sell Icees.
 
damn i did not know they had icees at BK i don't eat there but i love the orange Icee and the chevron down the street has em ... Yum Yum

and i forgot slush puppies!
 
slush puppies are machines that have ice blending inside of it. it is poured into a cup and then the flavor added... icees and slurpees are mixed with their flavor.... and slurpees have energy flavs as well

truth. i think icees cool you down more though. slurpees are more of a whipped ice drink. both are delicious. i used to get an icee from mc'ds at walmart then walk to 7-11 across the street and put slurpee into it. dopest.
 
slurpees from 711 have a churning process that adds carbination while other places make their icees taste tangy only through flavoring
 
i had this crushed ice drink called a granite when i went to italy that was the best thing i've ever eaten. /claim
