hey im just wondering wut you think the better park and messin around ski is. i mean flex, core etc.

when i say park i mean all around park, rials,jumps.

YOUR OPINION

Invader=poor quality, low end, super flexible, light, poppy for 3 days, and is good for a year

STL=light, expensiveish, flexxxy, 4frnt quality.

get STL if you dont want problems. get invader if your strapped for cash and have another pair of skis for when this pair dies
 
you can say all you want about the early invaders b/c yeah they were fuck up but pretty much every one i know that had the stls broke them or they delamed under foot
 
I have a pair of stl's and sol 912TI bindings for sale for cheap, pm me if your interested

and the stl's are not very flexy....only the old old plad ones were butter sticks
 
nope its by no means stiff.....i ment its gotten stiffer than the origional noodles that it started out to be...its not as stiff as the ar6, but def a bit stiffer than the invaders...you are comparing a pipe ski to a all around killer park ski, of course the invaders will be softer
 
i know a lot of people who've had their 4frnt stuff blow up, and i also know people who have over 100 days on their invaders, so stop making false generalizations.
 
yeah dont take the de-lam problems of the 06-07 ski and think that just because of that the invaders suck. I skied on them for all of last year and they are perfectly fine. I love them and would by them again any day. LINE definatly fixed there shit on the invaders
 
i know a lot more poeple with broken invaders than STLs so stop making false generalizations

on the whole, the invaders quality is iffy, and any of the current 4frnts are pretty durable
 
i had nothing but problems with my stl's. my sidewall delamed and came out, yadda yadda, now i am skiing a pair of line 1260's and they are holding strong. i have to say im pretty impressed
 
i didn't make any generalizations, i made a counter point based on personal experience...and my guess is also that you know a lot more people that own invaders than you do people the own STLs. a generalization would be like: line sucks at making skis since their first batch of invaders all delammed. (which of course is false)
 
shit i ment the de-lam on the 05-06. the 06-07 are great and u shouldnt take the fact that one year the invaders ate shit. last years invaders were solid and the 07-08 are probly going to be even better.
