Slow Jiberish delivery?

I live in Norway and I ordered my Jiberish gear mid november. I still haven't recieved my package, and was wondering if any other scandinavians has recieved their Jiberish gear? Allthough one of the hoodies I ordered was preorder for december, I believe the package should have arrived in good time by now?
 
It all ships at the same time, so the one preorder would cause it to ship in mid December. It really has only been 2-3 weeks since it shipped (I can't remember the exact date) so going through customs can take time. If you want a legit answer, sending them a email/pm wouldn't hurt
