Slow fucking internet

I have broadband and everything is downloading real slow, like dial up for videos and flash.. I'm using firefox and I've ran AVG anti virus+ Ad aware and got nothing... what should I do NS?

if ur uploading anything then that slows u down heaps, stop and file sharing progs.

it also happens sometimes.

also if u have a download limit it might slow down if u download too much, mine does
