Im sure my computer is slower than it used to be. I have no adware or spyware or viruses. I scan that shit almost everyday with spyware doctor and mcafee. And i have lots of ram so its not that.
 
Computer just slow down over time. The parts are not new. Just like a car. The longer you drive it and the older it gets, it will start to slow down unless you maintain it.
 
you may have a bunch of unnessasary files stored on your hard drive, that can slow down your computer a ton, especially at startup.
 
download adaware and zone alarm oh and spybot search and destroy bc you never know what macafee might miss i really dont trust macafee, norton, and all the others that you have to pay for bc they never work well and everytime my computer slows down i use macafee get a lot but then i use adaware and i get tons more shit that macafee missed and also my computer runs so much faster too
