i was just watching the winning run vids of skier and snowboarder slopestyle, it seemed to me that tanners run was in many ways superior to shaun whites, so im curious, does ne one think skiers are tending to do better than boarders in slopestyle comps?

shaun destroyed...tanner didnt hit everything on the course...shaun did...

yes white was all around smoother, but tanner owned him on the rails for sure

shaun white is by far the most amazing rider out there today,his run was way better than tanners,only one skier hit the titanic rail,alot of boarders did so doesnt that mean something??

it means snowboarding was on top and still is but not by far,all the big urban rails and house jibs you see in ski movies have already been done by snowboarders

Hmmm, shaun stomps his tricks so nicely. I think snowboarders might have been a little better in slopestyle but in halpipe it was the skiers that really came out big.

yeah. the thing about snowboarding slopestyle is they're on a differnt level. every one spins every possible way and they're worried about style a lot more than skiers.

i thought most of the snowboarders had shitty style. Only a few could make their spins good. It looks bad when your feet and body spin at different times.

tons of people do switch stuff in the pipe, hell, crichton does switch 9s. people just don't hear about many things.

as far as grommets are concerned, my prediction to be the shaun white of skiing is sean petit. he's the rippingest toddler in all of whistler. he's 10 years old and is hucking 900s over the biggest table in the blackcomb park and in the pipe. he has nice style too. by the time he hits puberty he'll be schooling all of us. watch out biznatchs
