The second slopestyle of three is looming right around the corner up at losttrail. This saturday the 16th is the comp. Ten dollar entery fee. comp starts at 1:00. As far as features go there will be a way sick step down. Its goin to be rebuilt this week not sure on the length yet but it will be bigger than the last comp. Then there is a table wich is getting massive. This table will also be rebuilt this week its either going to be step over style or a step up. as far as rails im not sure yet, but there is going to be a 40 FOOT ROLLERCOASTER!!

As the season rolls along, we're busy here at Lost Trail trying to clear the seven feet or so of fresh snow out of the parks for this weekend's slopestyle competition. For veterans of LT's competition series, the setup should be pretty familiar: multiple jump line (step down & table?), followed by a box and rail garden. Who knows, though? We might just go crazy and... I don't know... get wild! Whatever that entails.- The competition is open to skiers and snowboarders of all stripes (age, gender, style). - Age divisions: 17 & Under, 18 & Over, Grom (12 & Under), Fossil (30 & Over). - Riders must register at the lodge before Noon on the day of the competition. Entry fee is $10.- Competitor meeting at the top of the South Central park @ 12:45. Competition begins promptly at 1:00 PM.- Riders must fill out a liability waiver, downloadable here, to turn in at registration. Competitors under the age of 18 must get a parent or guardian's signature.- Sponsors include: Edge of the World, Big Sky Board Sports, Red Bull, Gull Ski, Backcountry Racks and Skis, Lost Trail, Bob Ward's, Electronic Sound and Percussion & more...Totally looking forward to seeing everyone out there.
