Slopestyle at stevens

yeah the upper jumps suck but thats cause of speed. word is they are going to make the 2nd two jumps up top smaller, add a spine with coping and add 2 rails after the jump line. but the rail/box setup down lower is pretty sick, and the big kicker and following jumps are fun if you get speed.
 
my hangover from last night plus only 3 hours of sleep prevented me from leaving my bed at 6 in the morning, how did it turn out? who won? places? and what prizes did they give?

I was drunk, the park still sucks, the lips and landings are still flat on all of their jumps, the rails and boxes are small and lame. Matt Gormley hates Grant and I. I got some smith sunglasses. Dropping into the pipe switch is fun. And Kelly Edmonds is older than me but I still think she's hot.

haha, you were rather beligerant chris. boxes were really fun. yaa, that sucks with gormely. i liked the sun too.

I think Ima start getting drunk for every stevens pass comp until they start giving out better prizes to the skiers than a ride snowboards sweatshirt.

Maybe I'll learn how to drive a snowcat next winter...
 
I'm considering it more and more, kinda round out my skibuming skills. Worked in a shop this winter, drive a snowcat next winter...

And I promise, if I do it, whether I drive at Stevens or Snoqualmie, I will do everything in my power to create a colossal jump.
 
learning the ways of the cat would be sick. supposedly both mountains have a shortage of cat drivers, which makes it ever more enticing

just mob around for days moving thousands of cubic feet of snow, making delicious sculptures, small and large (mostly large) and other stuff
