Slip n' slide in your dorm hall way ?

bad idea ?

i'm not seeing any down sides right now, it's humid as shit and i'm bored... any experience with this ?
 
my dad did it. he said it was fucking sweet as hell because they didnt get in any trouble and no one really found out about it since their dorm burnt down later that night and everyone got out safe..and they got to move in to a brand new beautiful dorm, so everything worked out
 
he makes a solid point, i probably wouldnt do it, and is your RA cool? cause otherwise he would probably put a stop to that pretty quick
 
If anything, do it before you move out, not the first week you move in. I knew some guys who did it my freshman year at the end of school and it was awesome. They laid down tarps and covered them in dish soap and water and slid down the entire hall.
 
I saw one once on college humor about 3 or 4 years ago. It was badass, they had it go around a corner in their hall and it looked intense. the whole floor was covered in tarps and whatnot with a ton of water. go for it.
 
just try not to get water everywhere, which is going to be hard hahahahaha

this sounds like the type of thing that is awesome and fun, and everyone loves you at the time for doing it. But then you find yourself with no friends a few days later when somehow the school pins your floor with something absurd like $5,000 of damage, regardless of whether there is much or any damage or not.
 
do it. what is the worst that can happen, you get written up? bfd.

when i was in the dorms we used to have huge ass water fights in the halls and the commons areas. we would also fill up trash bags with water and toss them out the windows from the third floor onto people walking to class.

finally we decided to have a battle royal in the basement late one night. we ended up destroying all the furniture, the big screen, pool tables, and the kitchen. they had to replace it all. and we didn't ever get in trouble.
 
i'll try my best, it's only the second day here so i'm gonna wait awhile so i meet the people on the floor. i feel like building a slip n slide down your hall way by yourself might not make the best impression ... haha
