Slight problim with video rating

I noticed that when u post a coment the rating is set on 7. the 1st few times i poseted a comment i did not notice the rating or sometimes i forget to give it a rating witch results in me giving a 7 for the rating regardliss of how good/bad i think the clip is... i think lots of people do the same thing i do witch is making the ratings not reflict the opinoin of the viewrs at all.... sorry about the spelling.. quebec skir here =p

It isn't a problem, it's just so that, if you forget to rate it, then it doesn't end up with a zero. 7 is kind of a pretty good-but-not-good-enough rating that is sort of neutral. So instead of making peope feel bad by accident it just gives them a mediocre rating (that is, if you forget to change it).

Anyway, I don't know what I'm talking about, that was all pure speculation.

Yeah, ECP, that's sort of what I was getting at. Maybe I should make it default to nothing (not zero, but nothing). hmm..
