never heard anything about that kinda, i had a glidetrack friction slider and it sucked, def wouldnt go with a friction slider

iv heard really good things about this one, bearing slider

is this the upgrade I need to make to get some better shots with a slider or is there a good cheaper alternative???

^dave dugdale is the man! Haha. I have a indislider, its a cheap friction slider but it gets the job done for me

well it depends, i got a used friction slider this summer, i was super excited, but it really really sucked, when you put weight on it, it just slowed it down and made it jerky and hard to move, the slider i posted above, it doesnt have that problem, i would go with that slider personally, unless you really dont have the money
