i have to take these fuckin sleeping pills at night so i am able to fall asleep, and when i wake up in the morning for school my pills are still affecting my tired-ness. and i cant take a smaller dosage or i cant fall asleep.

what do u guys do when u cant get ur lazy asses outta bed

are you getting the required amount of sleep? you cant take the pills and sleep 6 hours, of course theyre still gonna be working in the morning.

Keep a lobster tank next to your bed (or sleep next to the one in Price Chopper) and when you wake up feeling groggy have a lobster pinch you in your choice of tongue/balls/phallus/nipples or any part you would not want a lobster to pinch you. Repeat as needed or just let it hang and you will never want to sleep as long as you have an angry lobster on you.

1. Take the pills earlier and sleep longer, you wont be tired. When taking sleeping pills you have to make sure you get a full night of sleep aka 8-10 hours of sleep, so not sleeping long enough will make you tired in the morning.

2. Coffee, period.

my alarm clock is so annoying if i hear it like during the day when im awake it makes me shiver i hate it so much

There are fancy alarm clocks that wake you up over 30 minutes by slowly emitting more and more light and more and more tranquil sound. You wake up with a smile on your face, ready to start your day!

well if u dont want to be dependent on sleeping pills, and this is just because of school, i suggest you set a time to go to bed and actually go to bed at that time. shut your lights off and just lay in bed and think about falling alseep. if you do this enough, your body will realize its not on summer time anymore and you will be able to fall alseep earlier.
