i bet everyone does or has slept in school sometimes. ive got a real problem though. i probably sleep on average 2 hours per day in school. I think my record is like 4. it always happens around and after lunch. the thing is I take all honors and ap classes, its not a good thing. it has nothing to do with diet or amount of sleep per night, i go to bed between 9 and 10:30 every night, eat breakfast, and ive tried eating slow burning carbs, energy bars, energy drinks, and coffee around lunch time, but nothing. i also think im immune to the effects of caffeine.
my grades have gotten worse, and i try to pay attention but as soon as something gets boring, i get an uncontrollable, incredible urge to sleep. sometimes its nice because i can sleep through all my easy classes, but its getting bad. does anyone know why this happens or if i have some sort of condition? i got blood tests but the doctor said i was fine.
