If you aren't allowed to park in the lot, find a sheltered spot to park nearby. Also try to park out of the wind, use a thermarest to sleep on, wear long thermal underwear, a toque and your boot liners inside a good sleeping bag. Also, lighting a lighter for a minute inside your sleeping bag will warm you fast if you wake up cold in the middle of the night.

Just remember to layer up and keep warm. Personally I'd be sleeping in the cab so if it gets to cold I can always fire up and run the heater for a while to get things toasty.
