well I get to bed about 10:30pm on average every night, no later than midnight or I can't handle the next day. I am up at 6:30am every morning without fail for work so yah, you just gotta get into a system, or set an alarm clock.

I can never sleep during the day aye, if there is light around then I just can't sleep unless I took a bang to the head or am just sooooooo amazingly tired, it's all good though, or in a car, I can sleep in cars anytime.
