Sleep...how much?

7.25 hours is my dead on cycle, and I go 4 hours if I can't get that much, feels better than 5 or 6 (cause you ordinarily have 2 deep REM cycles per full sleep). I have a plethora of energy all the time though, and can go 4 hours for 3 nights in a row and still decently function. After a big ski day though 8 hours helps me recover better if I wanna shred all day again. What's YOUR full sleep time? What do you usually actually get?

I usually sleep between 6-8 hours a night. Sometimes on the weekends after a night drinking I'll end up sleeping like 10 hours if I don't set an alarm though.

go to sleep by 2, wake up by 10 on the weekdays

7-8 hours usually

weekends is a mixed bag, sometimes going to sleep as late as 5 and waking up at 12

always doing something like midnight to 6h and 2-3 am to 8. something arround 5-6 hour but yeah I sleep a lot between my class(only during french too). So I can't really know how many hours a day I sleep.

midnight to six on weekdays, all over the place on weekends. However I nap all the time (3-7 times a week). Basically whenever I have free time I just try to catch up on some sleep.

I would love to get more than two hours of sleep tonight. Instead I'm just gonna lie in my bed and stare at the light and try and find the strength to stand up and turn it off. That won't happen. Instead i will take a short break from hating myself and sleep for a little bit. Then proceed to hate myself even more

huge difference between how much i get and how much it takes for me to feel well rested. i get 6-7 hours most nights. if i have no obligations i can sleep 13+ hours.

On school nights I usually go to bed between 1-2 and wake up around 630ish. Weekends/days without school are everywhere. Sometimes I'll go to bed at 11 and wake up at 9, go to bed at 5 wake up at 8. Depends on the day.

This. Unfortunately, I'm a bad procrastinator so I lose on a lot of sleep I wish I had. Such a bad habit to get into.

I went fall quarter doing about 3-4 hours for a few months and when I say that I mean it wasn't forced(i'd automatically wake up after 3-4 hours feeling refreshed). It's amazing how much more I could get done in a day and still feel energized. I don't know why I was able to do that one quarter but after I got back to college from winter break I was back to the old 7-8 hours.

Usually go to bed between 10:30 and 12:00 pm, and get up between 7:30 and 8:00 on school days, and between 9:30 and 11:30 on ski days or weekends. The odd day I'll sleep in till around 1.

go to sleep at 2ish, wake up at 7:45. Go skiing from 9-1.

Work from 3-11. repeat tuesday-sunday until snow melts, then sleep alot more.
