Sled Alternative?

does not look like a viable alternative for a snowmobile to me. seems like it couldn't hill climb worth crap. and how are you supposed to double and actually ride? i doubt the thing can be ghost ridden. i'm pretty skeptical about how well it would work in deep pow.
the viable use i can see for it is is use it to do laps on cat ski areas who groom their access trails. technically, most cat ski areas operate on crown land. they have paid for the right to operate their business on crown land, but any citizen can just rip in and poach it - legally. the operators may claim otherwise and try to impede you, but they have no legal ground to stand on. but this will only work if the machine can be doubled with
funny how the inventor claims it to be "environmentally friendly" the the thing is powered by a four stroke gasoline engine....
 
but you still have the same problem as the sled, once you get up to the top you can't ski. at least on a sled you can take turns.

one sweet thing would be like hitting booters with no inrun. Like you could get going super fast, drop the whatever it is and then have tons of speed for whatever.

 
that is seriously the dumbest shit ever. That doesn't look even remotely practical for any use as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, Sled Alternative was a stupid fucking title. I was thinking more along the lines of strapping a rope to the back and towing people places to build pow pow jumps. It's supposedly very maneuverable and works well uphill.
