SLC Bans Backyard Ramps

Is this really true about banning backyard ramps in SLC?

I heard about it in Thrasher Magazine, and didn't know if it true or not. Does anyone know, if so tell me.

can you people not read? or do you just choose not to? the ban has been lifted until april, in which there will be a hearing i believe. so there is NO BAN RIGHT NOW.
