hi, i read somewhere on these forums that skullcandy ahs an exelent warranty.

i broke my head phones wire rollerblading, i fell on the concrete and it got ripped very bad, i can see the wires inside coming out..

is it true that they replace any product damaged while riding ??

they are just 30 euros headphone but still they ar eonly 1 month old it pisses me off to have them broken.

you think warranty will apply ? cause they were not deffective ...

any help would be apreciated.

I think the deal is that if they just stop working due to a defect they'll refund the whole price, but if you break them or something like that they'll give you the same pair of headphones half price.
 
they were earbuds, i ripped the wire falling on concrete.

thx for the answers, i might try to tape them, if doesnt work i ll send them .
 
im gunna jump in on this thread...

i broke mine, sent them in, they are GI's and they havent come back yet with new ones cuz they are backordered or something.. Has anyone else sent back a pair of Black and Whiteish GI's in the past few months and not gotten a pair back yet? im wondering if i should email them again, its been like 3 or so months..
 
i hate skullcandy's i had a pair and about three days after i got them the left ear wents out they just look cool and work like shit
