my skullcandys have been broken for like a month now and finally got a new computer so i can process the warranty. so went through all the shit, will they send me a new pair?

they might just give you store credit in which you get a new pair and get to pick the color

No. The warranty is that if you break it, they will let you purchase another pair for half price.
