Skullcandy Warranty

Hey ns,

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with skullcandy warranty (especially Canadians). Because one day my titans started sounding fuzzy and canceling out sound which was weird because i took really good care of them. So I went onto the skullcandy site and filled in the warranty page and it said to wait 24 hours for a reply. Now i understand if like I got an answer after a couple of days but it has been 2 weeks since i filled it in. This sucks cause I have no headphones right now. I was thinking of calling them but not sure how much more good that will do. If anyone has experience with their warranty and wants to let me know what to do that would be great (lots of KARMA).

I would give them a call. I've read the warranty before and it says that they 100% cover any defects, which it sounds like your phones are defects.
 
dude! check your spam folder, i have dealt with them many times, there email's gets sent to spams for some reason. also. since your from canada all you have to ship back to them is the headphone jack! :)
 
My lowriders went dead last year. All you have to do is go to their site and get an RMA number (Which i guess you already did). Then they will tell you to cut the jack off the headphones and send the jack only into them as well as a note explaining the problem. If the problem is a factory defect, then they will send you a new pair. It sucks though cus it took 6 weeks for them to send me the new ones. I had no phones for that time. If you send the phones to them and the problem is not a factory defect, theyll send you a coupon for 50% off a new pair.
