Skullcandy Warranty Trouble.

First of all I tried the search bar but it really isn't much help these days.

About two week ago my Icons stopped working through one of the speakers and i tried to go onto the website to warranty them. For some reason their site wont let me log in. I type everything in and it pretty much just refreshes the page and asks to type it in again. I got them to send me a new password and it still didn't work. So I emailed them about the issue and they haven't emailed back in about a week and a half. Has anyone else had this problem?
 
my only suggestion would be to try and use an alternative browser. I know that Safari sometimes messes up on me and i have to switch to Firefox. Try that and if not then do a follow up e-mail to skull candy.
 
Thank you so much. Wasn't working on Firefox so I re downloaded Int Explorer and it worked.
 
Now it wont let me choose normal icons under "Which Product Broke?"

It only has Icon 2s and Icon softs as options. Not normal icons
 
just choose the closest set of headphones to yours and send them back... you have to send the headphones back anyway... but if you have a legit warranty claim.. SC will fully hook you up... they are awesome
