Skullcandy Warantee?

I sent my smokin buds in for a replacement under waranty about six weeks back. About three-four weeks ago I receive an email saying that they received the headphones and that they will fully replace the product and that they would ship them out. So it has been about five weeks from that email and I still haven't recieved them yet. I have been sending them emails asking for a tracking #, but they haven't responded. Has anyone out there ever had to warranty your skullcandys? How long did it take for them to come in?
 
i am trying to get mine fixed through their canadian distributor. i registered to get them replaced about 3 weeks ago, and they just returned it saying it will be a while longer before they can send me my special number. bad service.
 
yeah i did, it didnt take too long, but i live in a different country so itd be completly different. maybe call them, that way they have to do somthing about it and cant bump you off
 
i was going to send in my skullcrushers about a year ago, but then i decided that i could fix them myself..

i ended up with one-sided headphones that didnt work at all.

 
It took a while for mine, did u put the po box number if u have one and house number ? oh it's house addy that;s why mine took long well at least thats what they told me. cuz they cant ship to a po box. but it did take a while. just call them and email them and eventaully they'll be there in a couple months. although that does suck for the wait.
 
When I warranteed my Skullcrushers I had the delayed shipping problem too. It turns out they were just waiting to get the right color in stock to replace them. I called and the guy told me that, so I told him I didn't care what color they were. He said great, we can ship today then and I had my new crushers a few days later. I would give them a call, they have great service if you work with them.
