Skullcandy TI Headphones

Yo, So I'm looking to get some new headphones, and I went to the Skullcandy website and checked out these babies. They seem pretty sweet, but I thought the specifications on the website were pretty poor for the TI model. Sooo, I was wondering if anyone here has a pair and could help me out?

What length is the cord? Whats the driver size? Whats the noise frequency-pickup range? Are they pretty durable? Value for money?

Oh and i listen mainly to Punk/Fast music but some hip hop and old school shit, do you recommend them or the skullcrushers or GI?
 
oh i emailed the dude twice but no answer. 41mm driver, got that. Do the ear pieces cover the ear or sit on them?
 
i listen to the same stuff you do it sounds like, and these things are perfect for it. i love them, there with me 24/7
 
my frriend has them,the cord is amazingly long, they are a little big and bulky, sound extreemely well at any loudness, not as much bass as expected, look at scullcrushers for bassss
 
Note: The Crushers (skullcandy's with the big bass amp thing on them) suck... I bought a pair thinking they would be decent, but I'd take a $5 dollar store pair over them, seriously... the treble on them was terrible, and it was like having a subwoofer 5mm from your ear drum... They gave me a headache after like 1 song :x

That, and they weighed like a pound and kept sliding off my head :/

no idea about the TI though, try them and let us know.
 
Skullcandy headphones look really sweet but if you are looking for some sound quality i wouldn't recommend them. They are cheap for a reason. If you want a solid pair of headphones with amazing sound quality i would look at senheiser. They have some nice pairs at around $50. I've had skullcandy before and they just didnt perform up to the standards of big poofy headphones.
 
got the ti's for christmas, be far the best sounding headphones i've ever listened to, yes the cord is long, but that usually will benefit u, the cord also has the both the big and small inputs incase u want to plug into amps as an output, and as far as money goes, i would pay twice the price for the sound ur getting, there unbelievable, and if u get lucky, they'll send u a pair of there icons as an added "bonus", as long as u put in the promotional code, if u can't find the code, just email the guy he's really cool about it
 
i am thinking you should probably ask on a pro audio forum or something...I dont think most people on here actually know that much about audio.
 
ive got the crushers and yes the treble is not as amazing as the BASS..............but seriously...the bass totally outweighs any downside of the treble. theres some other pros and cons but yea....BASS...solid buy id say
 
get the skull crushers they are so sick. i got a pair and they are the sickest headphones ive ever had. kinda pricy, but i found some 4 40$ off of buy.com

I can. I bought em, and I don't use the subs loud anymore at all. I get a headache quick with them. They arn't loud either. And if ur in the air alot skiing, and landing hard sometimes, they slide off. I'd use the skullcandy earbuds for that kinda stuff man. I got last years, and theyre sick.
 
Ya i have the white skullcrushers the amp is sick but the only false is that so many people want to try them it sorta gets annoying.
